Additional Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally included in this latest document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend labelling different parts of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.

More documentation released as part of the current congressional release.
